Each level has its own requirements in order to be met. All of them must:

Follow patients for a minimum of six months after they’ve completed their treatment
Follow the Invisalign Treatment Protocol
Understand and accept the Informed Consent
Utilize the ClinCheck software to develop treatment plans
Agree to abide by the terms of the Provider Participation Agreement
Be in good standing with Align Technology, Inc.

In terms of experience, each rank is based on the number of points the provider has earned. It was in 2018 when Align Technologies updated this Advantage Program to recognize doctors who have achieved a qualifying level of Invisalign experience.

Program points are earned as follows:

1,000 Points – Invisalign Full Treatment
1,000 Points – Invisalign Teen Treatment
1,000 Points – Invisalign Assist Treatment

Each level earns the following number of points:

Bronze – 0 Points
Silver – 5,000 Points
Gold – 24,000 Points
Gold Plus – 30,000 Points
Platinum – 60,000 Points
Platinum Plus – 100,000 Points
Diamond – 140,000 Points
Diamond Plus – 200,000 Points

In terms of numbers, they treat an average of 140 Invisalign cases per year and have earned 200,000 program points. They must also maintain a high case acceptance rate and patient satisfaction score.
